I'd like to get to Medalta sometime too.... I ordered Cathi Jefferson's DVD about a month ago and she told me she would be at Medalta this summer - I think she said mid-august. I really admire her work. Can't see anything on the Medalta site about her coming.

Thanks for the link. Wish I could get to that workshop.... The timing isn't good though. We will be getting ready for harvest and 10 days, well, more like 12 with travel, just isn't doable for me in august.
The DVD is good. I think she would probably be a good teacher. She covers decoration, dipping and spraying , how she makes up the packets for the atmospheric glazing and firing and then discussion on the results while un-loading. The camera angles are handled well. Sometimes the background music was quite distracting. It left me wanting to see more, esp the forming process so, that's a good thing !

I bet she didn't pick the background music, haha:)
